Position: Executive Chef job
About: Felix’s Restaurant Group, a full-service restaurant, is currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead a team of culinary professionals in creating exceptional dishes.
Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a full-service restaurant; excellent leadership skills; strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients; ability to manage and motivate a team of culinary professionals; experience with inventory management and food cost control; knowledge of kitchen operations and production; knowledge of health and safety regulations; ServSafe Manager’s/Louisiana ServSafe Food Handlers Certification; strong knowledge of Louisiana sanitation regulations; ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal; able to speak, read, write the English language; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
