Position: Executive Chef job
About: F&B 575 LLC manages the food and beverage operations at Aman New York, embodying the values of passion, trust, respect, teamwork, bespoke service, accountability, sustainability, and fun. The Executive Chef oversees all culinary operations to ensure quality standards, staff performance, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Culinary Arts degree preferred; 5+ years experience in a head chef or managerial kitchen position; Extensive experience in both Italian and Japanese cuisines is preferred; NYC Food Handler’s certification; Vast knowledge in culinary arts, including any new up and coming food trends; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Proven leadership and creative abilities inside the kitchen
