About: Eurest, a leader in business and industry dining, is seeking an Executive Chef to join their team at Delta Sky Club in DTW. Eurest provides world-class meals in corporate cafes and executive dining rooms, catering through vending innovations, and more, serving the employees of prestigious companies nationwide.
Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; fine dining, Executive Chef leadership experience; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience; emotionally intelligent leader with a track record of building great teams; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; Business systems savvy and reporting acumen (including MS Office); ServSafe certified
