Position: Executive Chef job
About: The hotel is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to take on total responsibility for the main kitchen, banquets, and culinary staff, leading by example to ensure fresh, appealing, and properly flavored foods are provided across all outlets. The role involves overseeing food preparation, production, and control while focusing on food costs and exceeding guest expectations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 6 years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area; 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major plus 4 years of relevant experience; language proficiency for effective communication at work; ability to create marketing strategies and promotional menu items; positive attitude and leadership qualities within the hotel’s Leadership Group
