Position: Executive Chef job
About: Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef who is passionate about creating amazing food, fostering teamwork, and achieving culinary excellence. The role involves overseeing multiple venues, working closely with the General Manager to ensure resident satisfaction and employee engagement, and leading a team of talented Sous Chefs and the innovative Signature Dining Program.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience; Fine dining experience a plus; Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and food presentation; Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
