Position: Executive Chef job

Requirements: Highly motivated individuals passionate about high-quality food and unwavering hospitality; leadership experience in culinary roles; strong organizational and communication skills; knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management; 2 years of executive chef experience in fast-paced scratch kitchens; Servsafe certification or equivalent; basic math skills for recipe conversion and yield guides; excellent knife skills, including meat/fish butchery; experience in making stocks and sauces; adept at people management with strong interpersonal and communication skills; servant-style leadership
