Position: Executive Chef job
About: Desert Diamond Casino – Glendale, AZ is seeking an Executive Chef 12403 to lead the culinary team under the direct supervision of the Food & Beverage Director. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food operations, fine dining, and menu development while ensuring compliance with all tribal, city, and federal health/food safety regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, culinary degree preferred; 10 years of experience in food operations including fine dining, casual dining, buffets, and menu development with 5 years at the Executive Chef level; ability to manage diverse workforce, skilled in food presentation and maintenance of culinary facilities, advanced knowledge of food preparation and quality standards; must be 18 years or older with no felony convictions; TIPS certification and Food Handlers card required; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
