Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Executive Chef position at a park establishment involves overseeing all food and beverage outlets in collaboration with the VP and/or Director of Food & Beverage, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency. The role includes managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and maintaining safety, sanitation, and quality assurance in the kitchens within the park premises.
Requirements: Associate’s degree/vocational or technical school with a focus on Culinary Arts/Food & Beverage preferred; ServSafe manager and ServSafe alcohol certifications preferred; 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Chef preferred; 5+ years of leadership/management experience with a large group required; ability to complete necessary department certifications; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, recipe costing and writing skills; self-motivated with the ability to work independently; willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
