Position: Executive Chef job
About: Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dynamic and “Foodie” individual for the position of Executive Chef at their intimate 65-room Resort located in Santa Fe, set on 57 rolling acres in the Sangre de Cristo foothills. The ideal candidate will join a team dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences through luxury service with genuine heart.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of Culinary Management experience at a Senior Level of Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a luxury hospitality environment; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong communication skills in English and Spanish; experience in overseeing all culinary and pastry staff and kitchen operations
