Position: Executive Chef job
About: A restaurant in need of a skilled and experienced Head Chef to manage kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality food to customers. The Head Chef will be responsible for menu planning, staff supervision, inventory management, and maintaining kitchen equipment to uphold food safety and quality standards.
Requirements: Associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent required; five years of hospitality or related experience; ability to inspire, develop and mentor employees; demonstrated Time Management excellence; Computer Skills – MS Office, Scheduling Software; well-versed in Store Operations, Finances, and Ethical Business Practices; flexibility to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
