Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a full-service restaurant; Excellent leadership skills; Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients; Ability to manage and motivate a team of culinary professionals; Experience with inventory management and food cost control; Knowledge of kitchen operations and production; Knowledge of health and safety regulations; ServSafe Manager’s/Louisiana Servsafe Food Handlers Certification; Strong knowledge of Louisiana sanitation regulations; Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal; Able to speak, read, write the English language; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
