Requirements: Five to seven years of experience in senior culinary or food & beverage leadership roles; solid understanding of high-end standards, policies, and procedures; proficiency in using computer equipment, food & beverage systems, and culinary production tools; experience with leading 40-50 employees and willingness for occasional travel for training, conferences, and events
