About: Creative Dining Services, a company specializing in providing dining services to various establishments like colleges, universities, Fortune 100 companies, senior living communities, conference centers, K-12 schools, and camps, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead their dining services team in Southfield, MI. The role entails overseeing breakfast and lunch services for the employee café and supervising multiple micro-markets with a Monday-Friday schedule and potential for limited night and weekend catering.
Requirements: Culinary Arts Degree with at least five years of cooking experience; At least five years of management experience; ServSafe certification; Director/top-of-account experience; Experience using Microsoft Office Programs; Experience performing administrative duties; Proven track record in culinary excellence; Strong client management skills; Team-oriented leadership style; Creativity and innovation in culinary practices
