About: The Ivy Hotel, a prestigious property recognized by Relais & Chateaux for its culinary excellence, is seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead its culinary team. The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary program at The Ivy Hotel and the Magdalena kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction in a collaborative environment with the management team.
Requirements: Proven experience as Head Chef or CDC, multi-outlet oversight preferred; exceptional proven ability in kitchen management and team development; up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes; good understanding of useful computer programs (Google Drive, restaurant management software, POS); credentials in health and safety training
