About: Philo Ridge Farm, located in Charlotte, Vermont, is a certified organic 500-acre farm in its tenth year of production. The farm’s culinary program and market are inspired by a closed-loop nutrient system, offering fresh, local, and delicious food to the community. Philo Ridge Farm is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its culinary program and collaborate with founder Diana McCargo to create exceptional farm-to-table experiences.
Requirements: High level of culinary expertise and prior experience in a similar role; strong leadership and team development skills; ability to work in alignment with organic regenerative agriculture principles; knowledge of farm-to-table practices; effective budget planning and financial management capabilities
