Position: Executive Chef job
About: Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Executive Chef to join their team of award-winning chefs and dining management talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality experience and a proven track record of success to drive their innovative Signature Menu Dining Programs.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience; Fine dining experience a plus; Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and food presentation; Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
