Position: Executive Chef job
About: Responsible for all aspects of managing the kitchen and kitchen staff, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards. Coordinate the purchase of all food and develop menus, maintaining approved food costs and labor costs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen or culinary environment; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively; knowledge of food safety regulations; attention to detail and excellent organizational skills; familiarity with menu planning and development; proficiency in inventory management and cost control; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
