The Bradley is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for its Arbor & Birdie’s outlets, offering excellent food quality, consistency, and professional service in a welcoming environment.
Requirements: A degree in Culinary Arts and/or one to two years experience as an Executive Chef; expertise in food product, presentation, quality, and preparation; knowledge of menu concept and design; ability to read and interpret documents, write reports and correspondence, and communicate effectively with customers and employees; strong mathematical skills and reasoning ability; problem-solving skills and ability to deal with practical issues; physical ability to stand, handle objects, walk, and lift weights as required.
