Position: Executive Chef job
About: City Winery, a unique facility combining a fully functioning winery with intimate concerts, food & wine classes, private events, and fine dining, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to support the management of culinary daily operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and service.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen leadership role; AOS Culinary School Graduate or related training preferred; Knowledge of Health Department, OSHA, and related regulations; Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills; Ability to meet budgets and manage staff effectively; Excellent communication and leadership abilities; Proficient in English language and computer skills; Serve Safe food handler’s certificate required; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds;
