Position: EXECUTIVE CHEF job
About: At Hyatt, our caring and attentive associates provide efficient service and meaningful experiences for our guests. The Executive Chef position is a key role within the hotel Executive Committee, reporting to the General Manager. Responsibilities include kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining culinary standards in a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 6+ years of progressive hotel Culinary experience, with opening hotel pre-opening experience preferred; service-oriented with professional presentation skills; at least 4 years experience in a senior culinary role; demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds; proven leadership skills; strong communication abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; excellent organizational and administrative skills; ability to maintain Hyatt service standards and procedures.
