Position: Executive Chef job
About: Dallas Retirement Village, located in Dallas, Oregon, is a vibrant senior living community offering exceptional hospitality, rewarding opportunities, and a beautiful 30-acre campus blending natural architecture with the landscape of the Mid-Willamette Valley. We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to work in our fine dining space, providing a unique perspective on culinary and senior living.
Requirements: Associates or Bachelors degree in culinary arts preferred; Minimum of three years’ experience as a Chef/Kitchen Manager in a restaurant/senior living or equivalent environment; Ability to plan and organize work, interpret instructions, recipes, specifications, and standards; Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance; Strong communication and team leadership skills; Experience in health care is desirable
