About: Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is a first-of-its-kind Five Star personalized luxury wellness community located on 7.5 acres oceanfront in South East Florida. The resort unites Eastern inner-science with Western technology to offer personalized luxury promoting mindful living. Amrit features wellness residents, resort suites, pools, unique dining experiences, a spa, and a variety of wellness activities for guests.
Requirements: A 2-year, 3-year, or 4-year culinary degree and at least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; previous supervisor responsibility required; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently; warm and friendly demeanor; effective communication skills; multitasking ability; attendance at required meetings and trainings; maintenance of high grooming standards; compliance with hotel standards and regulations; problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; flexibility to perform other duties as needed
