Requirements: Degree or certificate in culinary arts, culinary management, or related field; extensive experience in professional kitchens; proven experience as a head chef or in a similar leadership role; experience in various types of cuisine and kitchen environments; exceptional culinary skills; strong leadership and team management abilities; good understanding of budgeting and financial management; strong problem-solving skills; maintain ServSafe Manager certification
