Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Inn at Elon, located at 605 North O’Kelly Avenue in Elon, NC, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Chef to oversee food ordering, preparation, production, and control for all food outlets and banquet facilities of the hotel. The Executive Chef will report to the Food and Beverage Manager and the General Manager, ensuring high-quality food service for guests.
Requirements: 3 years experience as an Executive Chef, Exec Sous Chef, or CDC, preferably in a full-service property; management experience required; graduate of an accredited Culinary School program preferred; proficiency in Microsoft applications required; verifiable record of improving measurable metrics related to the Food Department and guest satisfaction
