Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Executive Chef position is available at a prestigious park establishment, collaborating closely with the VP and/or Director of Food & Beverage to uphold quality standards and manage kitchen operations efficiently. The role encompasses overseeing kitchen activities, supervising staff, coordinating special events, and maintaining safety and quality within the park.
Requirements: Associate’s degree/vocational or technical school in Culinary Arts/Food & Beverage preferred; ServSafe manager and ServSafe alcohol certifications preferred; 8-10 years of Executive Chef experience preferred; 5+ years of leadership/management experience with a large group; ability to complete required department certifications; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
