About: Paco’s Tacos and Tequila, a thriving Tex-Mex restaurant that combines the bold flavors of the Southwest with a lively and welcoming atmosphere, is looking for a dynamic and creative Executive Chef to lead its culinary team. If you are passionate about Tex-Mex cuisine and excel in a high-volume restaurant environment, this opportunity is for you!

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant; Strong knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine and culinary techniques preferred; Excellent leadership and team management skills; Creativity and innovation in menu development; Strong understanding of food cost control and kitchen management; Food Safety Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is a plus; Passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience to customers
