Requirements: A 2-year, 3-year, or 4-year culinary degree and at least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; Previous supervisor responsibility required; Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations; Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor; Effective communication skills; Multitasking and prioritization abilities; Attend all required meetings and trainings; Maximize productivity and problem-solving skills; Maintain confidentiality of information
