About: Four Seasons Nashville, a luxury hotel and private residences located in downtown Nashville’s SoBro neighborhood, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its culinary department. The property features 235 keys, 42 suites, 143 residence units, multiple dining options, a luxury spa, and meeting spaces with stunning views of the city skyline and the Cumberland River. Requirements: College degree specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts; Five to seven years of previous experience in culinary/food & beverage department head positions; Working knowledge of division operations, Four Seasons standards, and computer systems; Proficiency in English language; Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills
