Position: Executive Chef job

The Gaillard Center in Charleston is currently seeking an Executive Chef to lead its culinary team in providing exceptional dining experiences to guests.
Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant or events venue; demonstrated track record of meeting projected costs; professional appearance and presentation required; knowledge of computer software including MS Word/Excel/Outlook; current Food Handler’s card and alcohol service permit if required; ability to positively interact with diverse personalities and effectively communicate; ability to develop staff through training, evaluation, and coaching; detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask; self-directed with the ability to work in a team environment; flexible schedule availability including nights and weekends
