Position: Executive Chef job
About: A reputable restaurant is seeking a skilled, experienced, and creative Executive Chef to join their growing back of house team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the entire back of house operation, collaborating with the sous chef to maintain food quality, creating daily specials, managing inventory and scheduling, ensuring adherence to plating standards, and upholding health and safety protocols in food storage and preparation areas. Additionally, the Executive Chef will handle vendor interactions, promote teamwork among staff, and contribute to a positive work culture through participation in team meetings.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred; proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role; strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and safety standards; ability to multitask, work under pressure, and lead a team effectively
