Position: Executive Chef job
About: Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe, a luxury hospitality company, is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual for the position of Executive Chef. The resort is set on 57 rolling acres in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, offering a romantic and intimate experience for guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of Culinary Management experience at a Senior Level of Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a luxury hospitality environment; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong communication skills in English and Spanish; experience overseeing all Culinary and Pastry staff and kitchen operations.
