Position: Executive Chef job
About: City Winery is a unique facility in the heart of a large city, combining a fully functioning winery with intimate concerts, food & wine classes, private events, and fine dining. They are dedicated to delivering a high-end culinary and cultural experience to their customers who are passionate about wine, music, and culinary arts.
Requirements: Minimum 7 years’ experience in an overall kitchen leadership or similar role; AOS Culinary School Graduate and/or related training is a plus; Functional working knowledge of Health Department, OSHA, and related regulations; Demonstrated knowledge of current culinary/industry trends; Ability to multi-task, delegate, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment; Decision-making and trouble-shooting skills with attention to detail; Financial/business acumen and analytical skills; Ability to train, develop staff, and build team morale; Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills; Fluent in English, literate, and proficient in computer skills; Serve Safe food handler’s certificate
