Position: Executive Chef job
About: Valley Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee quality control, supply management, kitchen operations, and consistency in a high-volume restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills and be dedicated to maintaining high standards.
Requirements: 10+ years of progressive kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant; Culinary school degree preferred; Self-motivated team player with positive attitude; Flexible availability for AM & PM schedules; Excellent understanding of professional cooking and food handling procedures; Previous banquet experience with at least 1 million a year; Fine dining experience and management preferred; Ability to work well under pressure and resolve concerns; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Able to work in a team environment; Must pass background check and drug screen; Above average knife skills and ability to troubleshoot recipes/menu items
