About: SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen for a new luxury dining concept in New York City, focused on modern cuisine with French influences. Requirements: Experience: At least 8 years of fine dining experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef role at a highly regarded New York City restaurant. Strong expertise in modern cuisine and a foundation in French culinary techniques are essential; Leadership: Proven success in leading, developing, and motivating a team in a high-expectation, fast-paced kitchen; Creative Vision: A track record of culinary creativity, with a passion for developing innovative menus that offer both elegance and excitement; Financial Acumen: Competence in managing kitchen budgets, controlling food and labor costs, and maximizing efficiency without compromising quality; Culinary Degree (preferred): Degree in Culinary Arts or comparable professional experience, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends and innovations.
