Requirements: Thorough knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, restaurant, and banquet service techniques, as well as health and safety regulations; strong organizational and time management skills; ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing; capacity to create a positive working environment and thrive under pressure; physically fit to stand, sit, walk, bend, lift, and squat for extended periods
