Position: Executive Chef job
About: Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to accurately and efficiently maintain and operate the kitchen at The Exchange Pub & Kitchen. Enthusiastically lead and motivate the Kitchen Crew and other staff to ensure the highest quality food is used and served in all guest meals. Ensure the consistency of great food is promptly served at The Exchange.
Requirements: Four to six years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant; Culinary degree preferred or equivalent work experience; ServSafe certified or ability to become certified; Knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least three years of back-of-house operations positions; Understanding and ability to utilize restaurant technology and systems; Proficient in restaurant functions like purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation; Basic computer skills; Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time; Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
