Position: Executive Chef job
About: American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is seeking Executive Chefs to join their shipboard team for the 2025 season on America’s rivers. The shipboard team supports a fleet of ships cruising through various national itineraries, offering a first-class dining experience with cuisine prepared by chefs with extensive culinary credentials and training from prestigious institutes.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 6-8 years’ experience in full-service resort, hotel, country club & banquets; familiar with food safety standards; ability to multi-task, take direction, and be a team player; ability to work with composure under pressure; possess problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and organization; effective time management; excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to pass pre-employment drug test; complete criminal background check; training and teaching experience; Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
