Requirements: Culinary degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required; Two to four years in a management position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel; Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment; Passion for food and creating exceptional guest experiences; Gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor; Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail; Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, bilingual in English/Spanish preferred; Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including on call shifts, after hours, weekends, and holidays; Physical abilities: able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 45 pounds without assistance, with manual dexterity, standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing, and good visual and auditory acuity
