Position: Executive Chef job
About: A prestigious hotel in search of an experienced Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef with strong leadership skills to oversee and enhance its culinary operations, ensuring top-notch guest service and culinary excellence. The role involves collaborating with the Director of Food and Beverage to create innovative menus, manage food quality, and maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations. Interacting with guests, assessing satisfaction, and managing overall profitability are key responsibilities of the position.
Requirements: Basic reading, writing, and math skills required; some laundry experience preferred. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, work nights, weekends, and holidays, stand for extended periods, handle equipment, bend, stoop, and kneel. Two-year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent experience; three or more years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a similar hotel environment; Banquet/Catering experience essential.
