Position: Executive Chef job
About: A renowned restaurant is seeking a skilled and creative Executive Chef to join their growing back of house team. The Executive Chef will have the responsibility of overseeing the entire back of house operation, collaborating with the sous chef to maintain exceptional food quality, creating daily specials, ensuring adherence to all food plating standards, managing inventory, ordering and scheduling, maintaining DHEC standards, handling deliveries, and fostering a positive teamwork culture within the kitchen staff.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role; Strong leadership and organizational skills; Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and stations; Familiarity with food safety regulations; Effective communication and teamwork abilities
