Position: Executive Chef job
About: Executive Chef position available at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL. We are looking for an Executive Chef who can lead a kitchen staff effectively, inspire confidence, educate, and motivate them to provide excellent service with a focus on local, sustainable, seasonal, and organic ingredients. The role involves enhancing the patient experience through food and supporting the healing journey in a healthcare environment.
Requirements: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited culinary program plus 5+ years experience as a sous or executive chef in fine dining, hotels/resorts, country clubs, or healthcare/senior living; Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms; Passion for food, a desire to grow, and a strong work ethic; Willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities
