Position: Executive Chef job
About: Stoke the Fire, a fine dining open hearth restaurant in Texas, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a background in cooking over live fire and a track record in Michelin-starred or James Beard awarded establishments. The ideal candidate will excel in managing food and labor costs, drive menu innovation, and collaborate closely with the Corporate Chef and Restaurant Company Owner.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience in fine dining or Michelin operations; experience cooking over live fire in an open hearth setting; strong financial management skills and ability to oversee menu creation within budget constraints
