About: The company seeking an Executive Chef is focused on managing food and beverage outlets within a park environment, ensuring quality standards are met. The role involves overseeing kitchen operations, staff management, event operations, and cost control to uphold safety, sanitation, and quality assurance in the parks.

Requirements: Associate’s degree or vocational/technical school with an emphasis in Culinary Arts/Food & Beverage preferred; ServSafe manager and ServSafe alcohol certifications preferred; 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Chef preferred; 5+ years of prior leadership/management experience overseeing a large group; ability to complete required department certifications; ability to work independently; proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, recipe costing, and writing; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
