About: Bamboo Sushi is a purpose-driven restaurant offering an inspirational culinary experience. They are currently seeking an Executive Chef to join their passionate team in NW Portland, located at 836 NW 23rd Ave, Portland, OR 97210.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; two or more years of management experience in a high-volume kitchen; minimum of 5 years related culinary experience; ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally; sushi experience preferred
