About: Beautiful French brasserie concept is seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to oversee culinary and champion consistency. Drawing upon only the best ingredients available, this chef will have extensive creativity in collaboration with leadership to execute a fresh, hyper-seasonal menu inspired by French coastal cuisine.

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a similar position (Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Head Chef) leading an ingredient-driven kitchen; Proven experience with French Mediterranean cuisine and technique, with an eye on current food trends and seasonality; French background or professional experience in France a plus; Expert knowledge and fully fluent in P&L, managing inventory, and cost controls; Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities; Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety; Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Benefits: health insurance, paid time off, base salary in the $120-140k range
