Position: Executive Chef job

About: American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is looking to add Executive Chefs to our shipboard team for the 2025 season on America’s rivers. Our shipboard team supports a combined fleet of ships sailing through various itineraries across the nation, offering a first-class dining experience at every meal. The Executive Chef position entails hands-on involvement in planning, preparation, and presentation of exceptional regional and local specialties using the freshest ingredients.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 6-8 years’ experience in full-service resort, hotel, country club & banquets; ServSafe Manager Certification strongly preferred; familiar with food safety standards; ability to multi-task, take direction, and be a team player; ability to work under pressure and solve problems; effective time management and leadership skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; pass a pre-employment drug test and complete a criminal background check; training and teaching experience; Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
