Position: Executive Chef job
About: Open Hearth Concept is seeking a seasoned chef with a background in cooking over live fire, fine dining, and experience in a Michelin Star operation or a James Beard decorated Chef. The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage Food and Labor Costs efficiently. This role involves running an efficient kitchen, improving the menu creatively, producing quality food, and collaborating closely with the Corporate Chef and Restaurant Company Owner. Relocation assistance is provided for this position.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience in fine dining or Michelin operations; experience cooking over live fire; ability to manage kitchen finances and oversee menu creation; experience working within budget constraints
