About: Harper Associates has been retained for the search of an Executive Chef for an established, Downtown Detroit/Greektown area multi-level specialty restaurant concept that also offers catering services. The Executive Chef will be responsible for directing and mentoring the culinary team.
Requirements: Culinary Degree preferred; high volume hotel/restaurant experience with a focus on training and kitchen management
