Position: Executive Chef job
About: An established restaurant in Texas seeking a seasoned chef with a background in cooking over live fire and fine dining, ideally with experience in a MICHELIN STAR operation. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage Food & Labor Costs effectively and work closely with the Corporate Chef and Restaurant Company Owner.
Requirements: Experience cooking over live fire; Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts (optional); 3+ years of Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience in fine dining/Michelin operations; Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs; Experience working within budget constraints
