Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Executive Chef position at a park is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage outlets, working closely with the VP and/or Director of Food & Beverage. The role focuses on managing kitchen operations, ensuring quality, safety, and cost control within the park. The salary range is $103,200 – $137,600 per year based on experience.
Requirements: Associate’s degree or vocational/technical school diploma with emphasis in Culinary Arts/Food & Beverage preferred; ServSafe manager and ServSafe alcohol certifications preferred; 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Chef; 5 years of leadership/management experience; ability to work independently; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong knowledge of recipe costing and writing; willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
