About: Del Frisco’s is seeking a dedicated and experienced Culinary Manager to join their upscale and fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary management, particularly as an Executive Chef, and be committed to maintaining high standards in back-of-house operations and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations. Requirements: At least 5 years of Culinary Management experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an Executive Chef in an upscale/fine dining setting; in-depth knowledge of back-of-house operations, including supervision, inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance; exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; consistent work history demonstrating stability and a strong work ethic
